I've had my sky puck for several months. Absolutely garbage. Today I have again got the black screen......they try to blame your Internet, your TV, anything except the puck.
My Internet is fine. My TV is fine. I can watch Netflix, Prime or Disney no issues. But this puck pucks me right off.
I've cancelled my Sky TV completely because of it. Absolutely garbage.

I have 4 pucks and a Glass and don't suffer from such issues. If you provide more info on the issues and what your set up is, the community will try to assist. But remember we are fellow subscribers not Sky, and we don't know unless you tell us..
