Sky Puck will not connect to the internet

All of a sudden my sky puck will not connect to my router, I have had the same set up for over a year now and suddenly it has disconnected itself and even going through a reset it will not connect, any ideas?

By reset, do you mean a network reset?

1. Select Network in settings and perform a network reset.
2. Select Reset.
3. Wait while your network is checked, then select Confirm.
4. Now, follow the on-screen instructions
