Sky Puck continuing to fail

Spent an hour yesterday with Sky tech reconfiguring a failing Puck. Eventually got signal to tv, but last night failed again.

TV HDMI shows Sky connected, tv has black screen, white SKYlog top right screen and message, No Signal. Only power button on remote works.

tech agent initially suggested either replace puck or we can reconfigure. Bad decision by me, decided to give reconfigure a try.

Need a replacement Puck. Have tried every avenue this morning to speak to someone, no luck, Bot a waste of time.

need Sky assistance

@BobG3 curently you will have to call Sky to action that it can't be done through this forum.
