Sky Puck and Netflix

I have the sky puck with Netflix basic. Is there a way to log into the Netflix app. I have some games I play on my mobile that's relaint on a Netflix account which at the moment I cannot access. TIA

Hi @Davehouto 

 

Yes you log in with your netflix email address and password. When you signed it to netflix on sky it told netflix that Sky handle the billing only. No other aspects change.

If you have forgotten your credentials you will need to speak to netflix (sky cannot help with these). https://www.netflix.com/gb/LoginHelp

You can login to Netflix on any device, you just need to use the credentials for the Netflix account my linked with your Sky account as per the process documented here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix

You can login to your Netflix account on any device. So whatever login you used for your TV you can use on mobile too.
