Sky Puck and Go link

I was sold Sky with 2 pucks and told I could use Sky Go on additional TVs via Xbox apps. The problem is that if I watch part of a program on a TV with a puck, then switch to a TV with Sky Go it does not know where I left the programme. You then have two watch two sets of adverts to fast forward to the same place. How do I link the two processes so that Sky go knows where the puck left off?

@Toastednuts  Sky Go is a legacy product intended for Sky Q, and is not linked to stream, thefore it won't know wht was watched on the pucks.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
