Sky Puck Playlist still not loading

This is a known problem that Sky keeps promising to fix, any ideas when it Will be fixed?

 

When I go to the show all on the TV playlist it states to wait and then there is no programmes of this type then suggests checking wi-fi connection.

 

This makes finding programmes difficult that I have bookmarked on the playlist.

Thats typically a sign that there are too many shows saved on your playlist. Some customers have reported that removing shows from the playlist to reduce the size has caused the playlist to then fully display.
