Sky Glass Issue

Hi

My Sky Glass tv is working fine, however we have the Sky Glass boxes in each bedroom, 2 are working fine but the third isnt

There is sound and the menus are working fine. Good wifi conectivity, I have changed the cables, reset, and also done factory reset but no luck.

Any suggestions before I buy a new TV

@Dazza62  Can you clarify the "boxes" you refer to are not Glass TV's but Sky Stream pucks?

If you have poor wifi the pucks will struggle, not sure why you would need to buy a new TV if the issue is with the Stream pucks?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Sky Glass Issue

@Dazza62   It might be good to establish if you are a Sky Stream customer (where you only get a puck to plug into your own tv) or a Sky Glass customer where you get a the Glass tv supplied.

Swap over one of the working Pucks for the one that isn't working to see if the issue stays in the same location or follows the Puck. This will establish whether it's a faulty Puck.
