Sky FV and Netflix

I thought I was paying £15 a month for Sky streaming and Netflix included. I didn't think I had to pay an extra £6.49 for Netflix?

That extra £6.49 sounds like the fee if you have upgraded the Netflix tier. The included tier with Sky is the basic with ads.

That £6.49 would be for the Netflix standard tier (without ads).

Go into your MySky account and look under Your Products>Manage content packs.

Select the Netflix tile and you will be able to downgrade to the free tier Netflix Standard with ads.

If you have moved from Sky Q or had a previous Netflix standard tier, it will have carried that tier over on moving to Sky Stream.
