Setting up sky streaming - cannot get an activation code on the TV
I ordered sky broadband and the essentials package - the broadband is working but I cannot start the black streaming box (puck?). There are no lights on the puck even though it is plugged into a working socket. I think this is why I cannot get an activation code to start my service. Any suggestions?

If you have no lights showing on your Puck, when trying;
