Setting up second tv on puck mini box
Am unable to set up TV on puck, need technical assistance for puck set up now

You aren't addressing Sky here. This is a public customer to customer forum. If you post what exactly the issue is the community will do it's best to assist.

Or you will need to Contact Sky Customer Service for support.
