Setting up my stream box

I plugged my stream box in to both connectors of my tv and a message said something about the HDMI. I've tried three different ways but still no channels. There is a light on the box and I pressed 1&3 as per instructions but nith8ng is happening. Any suggestions?

Do you see anything on your TV screen? Make sure you have selected the correct HDMI input using your TV's remote control, not the Stream remote, first of all.

Thank you. I've tried three different hdmi slots non have worked. I don't know what you mean when you say use my tv remote? To do what exactly?

To scroll through the inputs on your TV, have a read of the TV's user guide which explains how your TV works.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
