I've just plugged in my new Sky Steam Puck. It worked initially but when I tried my fire stick I seem to have lost connection to everything.
I've tried changing the source on my tv t make sure it's connecting to the correct HDMI but I just get 'No Signal'
ive turned it off at the mains. I've tried re-connecting the remote and the puck following the online instructions but nothing is working.
can anyone advise please?
