I've recently changed to sky and have a sky stream puck box it set up perfectly downstairs but upstairs with the 2nd box it allows me to enter my WiFi password then it says continue setting up your channels brings up the blue sky logo then goes black then eventually comes back to your connected and just keeps going in a loop. I've tried both the HDMI 1 & 2 no joy, any ideas?

Hi @Fish271
Try resetting the puck by pressing and hold the button on the bottom while powering it on as per the instructions on this article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-sky-logo

This recently has been an issue for some customers on new setups of Sky pucks.
Have a read through this Sky help article.

If you can, just for the setup, do a power reset of the puck and attach an ethernet cable and leave it attached for the Puck setup and see if that helps.
