Seperate Sound Output from pulse?

I am wanting to use my Sky Puk with a projector and a seperate sound system (Denon). The picture from the puk to the projector is fine through the HDMI but how can I output the Sound to my Denon?

Is this a Denon an audio/video receiver or home cinema? Or solely an audio amp?

Mark39. I am not sure.  I think it is just an amp but it has a cd/dvd drive and a tuner built in so it will play DVDs with the picture playing through a projector (via  HDMI) and the sound through speakers

@Skellower

All 'home cinema' systems built around a DVD player are somewhat antique.  The first thing to do is establish if it has audio-in capability, and if so whether this is analogue over RCA plug or digital over TOSlink/SPDif.

The options then are to take optical audio out of the television set into the player, or use an HDMI audio extractor from the Stream puck to feed it analogue audio. The puck itself doesn't have separate audio out.
