Second puck

Hi I need some help I bought whole home but for some reason the second stream puck is not going to sky it says to subscribe what am I doing wrong?

Have you activated the second Stream? 

 

It would of shown you a code on screen that you would have typed in on the app / website?

It didn't come up with a code at all I managed to get the puck working but my puck and downstairs puck share the same playlist

That's working as normal. The playlist is the same on all devices on your account.

You can create separate profiles within the playlist so that family members have their own list of shows they can add

While each puck is an independent device as far as its network connection is concerned, they all link back to the same Sky subscription and the usage data associated with it. Sky hasn't had real per-box content separation since Sky+ HD: Sky Q puts the same information on the main and every Mini box in the household.
