Using Sky Broadband Max 300. All Apps ok but BBC1 screen keeps freezing.
What Sky TV service are you using? Sky Glass? Sky Stream? Sky Q? Sky+ HD?
Have you tried rebooting everything?

Re: Screen freeze
The TV to which this relates is using a Sky Puck Pack, having not long transferred from a Sky Q Box 1TB. Thank you.

The Sky Stream puck relies entirely on you providing it with as fast and stable a broadband connection as possible. You need to troubleshoot your home network to see if there are any issues.
For starters, run a network check from the get help menu on the Stream puck's Netflix app. This will give you an idea of the broadband speed actually being received by the device. You need a minimum of 25Mbps in order to have any hope of achieving a reliable service.

Re: Screen freeze
Thank you. Will investigate more. It only happens on the BBC1 page, so think it may be a combination of the new router and what is deliverable by BT to my house, plus the BBC local service possibly being a live feed. Will update as soon as I know.
