Hi @Alan181
You have a 31 day cooling off period before you have to send your kit back to sky where they can reinstate your satellite services. (Q only not Sky+)
However do your research Glass & Stream are very different reliling on apps and cloud recording and have a different channel line up than Q. Channels are delivered by broadband so you need a quick internet connection.
Good starting points: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-stream-faqs

Hi
when switching to a sky stream the satellite will be left on your wall. The only equipment sky request to be returned is your receiver box(es), hdmi cable, power cable and remotes. As noted above you keep these for 31 days in case you need to revert.
the satellite dish is not removed nor returned
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M350 hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.
