STV and Apple TV not working

We have had a problem over the past week (23/09/2025) . The issue is that we cannot open the Apple TV app, or STV to play content.

This is nothing to do with bandwidth. All other apps, Prime, netflix etc work fine. We have another sky stream box that does not show this problem. How do I get a replacement if required ?

Hi @Dshepherd 

 

You need to call sky.we are fellow subscribers here on the community. However try unplugging for at least 5 minutes and trying again. If that doesn't work try refreshing apps in settings (settings > system management > apps and updates).
