SKY PUCK NOT CONNECTED WITH TV

My TV is not connected to Sky Puck and it's showing not programmed Kindly help with this issue

That's usually a message from the internal television tuner, not a Sky box.  You may need to use the TV remote to select the correct HDMI port.

@Lija  I agree with @TimmyBGood  thats not a Stream puck message but your TV, use the remote to cycle through the inputs to fin  the one the puck uses.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
