Rubbish sky stream
Why is sky stream so frustrating to use!!! We're not aware of any internet issues but lots of episodes we put to "record" end up missing or subtitles won't load. It's just constant issues, it's bad enough we have to watch the though the ads but to constantly have episodes missing and not being able to delete episodes you have watched is awful. Nearly £70 a month for what

If you're not happy with how Sky Stream works (plenty of people are) then you can switch to Sky Q if you'd prefer a recording service via satellite dish.
Or, if you'd prefer to stick with streaming, there are other providers with all the same streaming content. There are many more options for getting a TV service these days.

Re: Rubbish sky stream
Unfortunately I am in a contract until September, it's been a painful experience so far to say the least. We went with stream, as it was cheaper than sky Q at the time of sign up. We wish we didn't bother and after the contract will be moving elsewhere

Sky have released many customers from long term streaming contracts penalty free for a while. They know that some people have issues maintaining a decent level of service due to hardware or network limitations so don't tend to hold them to the full contract length if they've demonstrated that the service isn't working well.
If you're not happy give them a call and see if they'll do the same for you.
