Rubbish sky stream

Why do I have to watch pixelated tv on Disney or Netflix ?

terrestrial Chanel's simply won't download.
and I'm payin 85 quid a month.
I'd be better off with free view

Re: Rubbish sky stream

Probably because your internet connection is not sufficiently fast or stable.

Are you connected by ethernet or WiFI from router to puck?

If using ethernet make sure wireless is turned off in the puck settings.

What is your ISPs speed?

What speed does the Netflick connection test report as your speed?

Re: Rubbish sky stream

Puck is connected Sky router via WiFi.

Measured speed exceeds 120Mb/s

I often find the internet drops out for a couple of minutes at a time.

But when the TV drops it is a cluster channels that simply become unavailable.

It's difficult to know if changing ISP would solve the issue.

It's hard to say, there could be interference that is affecting the puck.
