Returning equipment

I keep getting emails and texts asking me to return some equipment since leaving sky. The last of which have threatened to bill me for missing equipment. I received an email saying thanks for returning our equipment it's now with our courier and also have a photo of tracking saying it was delivered. I assume it gets delivered to some sort of hub and then shipped job lot back to sky? Anyway does anyone know how to stop sky from sending me a bill for the equipment?

This is quite common and I and other Superusers and customers here on the community have all had this.

 

You will need to either chat with or call Sky, having your proof of postage to hand, if you have it.

They will then check the return and that will clear the 'nagging' text and email message for you

If you  still  have your  proof of postage  information then I   would ring sky and talk to them about this and give them the postage information

@Smithysmith99 we're customers here. Sky won't know who you are from your forum post and won't message you. You need to contact them.
