Remote not working
I can't connect my sky remote to my sky stream, I've just received it and it's not working. I'm trying to set it up for the first time

Re: Remote not working
Hi @Rosie29
Try the steps here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass
There may be a bit of the paper tab stuck in the remote. Note the back can be very hard to remove the first few times.
If it's still not working you can ask sky for a replacement (we are fellow subscribers) or use this form: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote
