Reinstate!

How do I cancel my sky cinema I used this once. I have an outranking balance of £24 which I can not pay today. Until the 19th. But I need my sky stream back on. I cannot call up can anyone from sky help please asap?

Unfortunately Sky will not reactivate service or enter into dialogue until any outstanding balance is cleared and a functioning payment method is in place.

You can cancel Sky Cinema via the MySky app but Sky won't reactivate your Stream account until the arrears have been cleared.

But only if you aren't in a minimum term for Sky Cinema. If you added Sky Cinema as part of a 24 month minimum term they may not allow you to remove it ( its essentially up to Sky's discretion).
