Red button option not working with S4C

Currently watching the Welsh language channel S4C and it should have the red button option for English language commentary but I'm not getting this option with the Sky stream TV

Having the same issue. Saying English commentary is available but cannot get it with sky glass. Even after changing the language settings through the set up settings on sky glass

I have resolved this issue. If you press the side bar button (3 dots below the on/off button on a sky stream remote control) and go to the audio track option. Select the Welsh option (not the logical selection I know) and you should be able to get the English commentary, hope this helps.

As a general rule the multi coloured dot button is the equivalent of the "red" button on most channels ......
