Recording tennis but only get highlights

Hi , am new to Sky and things are not like my old service provider.

Tech help Sky beats the old provider, but the stream has issues, already mentioned about lip sync , but I get used to it

Now my moan is the recording.

I try to use playlist which is OK in most cases but tried go record today's tennis  what do I get Highlight version !!

Thinking of Sky Q but that seems to have issues.

 Is there anyway of actually recording programs one wants ?

Sky Q has less issues as it's been around for years longer than Stream. It also allows you to properly record broadcasts so you can be sure of getting the full programme, not just highlights. 
Ring Sky if you want to switch from Stream to Q.
