getting the same problem, picture freezes and just go blank, have to go to the home page and try and get it going again. Been happening on and off since I first signed up to Sky Stream about 6 months ago.Not impressed.

Therefore your post has been moved to the correct place for Sky stream.
How is your puck connected to your router? What speed are you getting to the puck? Open netflix on the puck, go to Get Help, click the connection test, what speed is being reported?
