@MarkGoldsmith Hi Mark I'm having issues with my puck, and wonder if a reboot will reslove them. Can you tell me if you lose all your settings (playlist, favourites etc) following a reboot?
Thanks. 🙂

A reboot will not reset all your settings. Only a factory reset will do that.

Re: Service
I've moved your post away from that other topic.
If you do a settings restart, it will keep everything as it is.
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.
If a restart does not help, let us know if there is anything further that you are having problems with on your puck, so that the community can help you with?
A factory reset in the Puck settings will though will delete your playlist entries and your logins with apps.
It is not recommended to perform a factory reset, unless Sky have requested you to do so or you are on a chat or ll with Sky.
A factory reset can sometimes cause some ongoing account issues, that only Sky can sort for you.
