System is constantly dropping out again, to the point of shutting program down. What's going ?

Have you tried deleting then installing the Sky Go app ?

Turn puk off and reset it, normal channels are intermittent pausing and jumping then going off, I find it frustrating that Sky always say no issues good service when it's not not matter when you try to tell them they bombard you with jargon
