I have three pucks one of them keeps freezing, do i need a new one?

Hi @Mac42 An easy way to tell if the puck is faulty is to swap the location with one of your working pucks to see if the fault is still there.  If it works correctly at the new location it would be an indication that it's previous location was not receiving a good enough WiFi signal.
