Q box to Puck

Changing from a Qbox to a Puck should allow my pin to remain the same but the Puck is not allowing it.

It does change so try the last 4 digits of your mobile number or the phone number registered on your account.

I tried that and it doesn't work! What else can I do?

When you order Sky Glass or Sky Stream, the original pin will be reset to the last four numbers of your mobile number that you gave at the time of order.

If that is. It working or yiu have since changed it in setup and forgotten it, have a read of the following Sky help article to reset it;
