Yes I am having the exact same problem and it's been over 3 days now. I said to them what do I do then because I have the pucks, and they said give it a few more days lol so I am giving them till Friday after that iam going with another provider. One sky "expert" said I hade another account linked to my sky ID which is causing all the problems so basically blaming me for the problem then when I called for the 4th time another sky "expert" said there is only one account linked to your sky ID and that whatever the prevous sky "expert" got his info from it is wrong 😂 plus the first "expert" was unable to tell me what another email was linked to my sky ID (BECAUSE THERE IS NONE... ONLY ONE!!!) so I told them I REALLY DONT WANT TO CANCEL but I am at a stalemate and I have no option so iam giving them 8 days and if it's the same as it is now then bye bye sky but hopefully it does not come to that
