Puck
So I've searched online for the answer with no success. I have a sky glass puck in another room. Switch it on, happily watch tv for 10 to 15 minutes then it just goes into standby. It is not through inactivity as many posts will suggest, it just switches off during viewing.

Hi @Stelee68
You've posted in the Sky Q forum, but mention a Sky Glass Puck (which doesn't actually exist}.
Do you have Sky Q , a Sky Glass TV or a Sky Stream Puck?

Re: Puck
I have sky glass tv in my main room and a puck in the kitchen. Do they class em as sky stream now? Anyway, it's a 4" square box. Had it when I had sky glass when it was first released.

Re: Puck
Sounds like your puck could be faulty
I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.

Re: Puck
@Stelee68 The TV is a Glass TV, the puck has always been called a Sky Stream puck.

Re: Puck
Sky sent me a Wi-Fi extender/booster thinking that the Wi-Fi strength is causing the box to switch off. Unfortunately this appears not to have solved the issue. I am convinced the box is faulty.
