Puck wont turn on every few weeks

Hello! My sky puck works fine but ever few weeks it will stop turning on. I've found the only way to fix it is unplugging it for 30 minutes and then restarting it twice. Otherwise it gets stuck saying I have the wrong pin. Is there a way to stop this happening? Can I request a new one?
