Hi
I have 1GB line Sky Broadband Live and. On checking the Netflix speed app, get well over 200mb via WiFi. For no reason I start getting a poor connection with Sky and on checking thr Netflix speed, it's dropped to 4mb.
If I then go into Sky settings and reset the puck, I'm back at 200mb plus.
Do clearly the Sky system is causing an issue meaning the speed drop. I can't keep reseting the puck every day.
Really wish I could have had Sky Q!
Any thoughts on what might be wrong? Faulty Puck?
