Just plugged my my puck in for the first time. firstly I got to the part where you connect to the network and after connecting through WiFi I was stuck on the checking your status screen so I looked on these forums for help and everyone said to update the puck manually by holding down the power button on the puck. I've done that it updated but now I'm stuck on the you're now connected screen I can't press anything it's as if it's frozen. The remote lights up so I assume it's working and I've tried unplugging for 30 seconds and restating but it's still stuck on the same screen. Any help would be great.
