Puck problem
Hi I've got a puck that is causing my major issues. It freezes, and some times we have sound and no moving images. The puck is IP04SK922310B732G that's causing me issues. When turned off and on this works again but does not resolve the issue. I've also stopped power to this and resolves the issue for longer but it never really works.

Hi @Thomo1982 could you do this for me and report back?

- Go to Get Help in the sidebar.
