Check your broadband speed on the puck by running the network check on the Netflix app under the get help menu.

Aplogies for the spelling gobbledygook above, I could not edit the post.
I have checked the speeds.
Netflix via the Puck and the native version on the LG TV both 45.4.
We do have a poor internet service, but the blank/black screen only happens when watching Netflix by the PucK
Thanks for the repsonse.

Could be a dodgy HDMI cable or it's struggling to pass the increased bit-rates from higher resolution Netflix streams. Do you have Netflix Premium for 4K HDR Netflix output or is the blanking happening on simple HD streams?

We have Netflix Premium for 4K HDR.

Definitely try a new HDMI cable. Make sure it's high speed and less than 3 metres long.

A certified 2.1 HDMI is a good choice for long term usage ... plenty available online for about £10 ... no need to get a stupid price cable😉
