Puck not working?

To in lounge not getting a connection.  Puck doesn't show any lights. Have:

checked all plugs and connections

replaced batteries in remote

pressed reset on hub getting full green light on front but amber on hdmi 3 which is my selected stream

run a service test on the app and broadband is good but problem with WiFi although getting good signal on phone and other tvs in house

Have you pressed the button on the underside of the Stream puck?

Perform a reset by turning the puck off at the mains, then press and hold the standby button on the underside of the puck. Whilst holding the button, turn the main power back on. Keep the button depressed until the puck's light starts flashing red/yellow and release it when it the light turns white. You should see a Sky logo on your TV screen but wait a couple of minutes for the reboot to complete.

If the puck still doesn't work then you're probably best ringing Sky for a replacement
