Puck nightmare!

After broadband outage recently I've had to re set my sky streaming puck. But it won't move further on from TV pin entry despite using correct pin

They the last four digits of your mobile number. If that doesn't work follow the steps for "pin not valid" in this article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-sky-glass-pin
