Puck makes high pitched noise
Hi I'm a new Sky Stream customer who has just installed a Sky puck. However we notice it makes a constant high pitched noise. It's not loud but certainly annoying.
Does anyone know if this is normal. I presume as it needs access to the WiFi for streaming I can't hide it away.

Re: Puck makes high pitched noise
@Spjg It's not normal, there shoud be no sound coming from a puck, I would give Sky a call as it may be faulty.

Try giving it a reboot to see if it stops the noise. If not then call Sky @Spjg

Re: Puck makes high pitched noise
It's so annoying. I've found a fix (for me at least.) go to the settings on your sky (not your tv.) change the audio output from 'auto' to 'Dolby'. The annoying buzzing stops immediately
