Puck lost signal
Just subscribed and got a puck. All connected well. Watching a programme and it suddenly lost signal. Internet is fine. Puck light is on and on correct HDMI feed. Have done all the turn it off and back on stuff but message on screen is 'search signal'. How can I make it work again please?

Re: Puck lost signal
@Sam489 The message you see is not a Puck message, that is a TV message suggesting you've incorrectly selected the aerial input. You need to use your TV remote to select the correct HDMI input.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
