Re: Puck keeps disconnecting
Some things to try:
Reboot your broadband router.
Do a Settings network reset on the Puck:
- Select Network settings on your TV.
- Select Reset.
- Wait while your network is checked, then select Confirm.
- Now, follow the on-screen instructions to:
- Connect to a Sky hub
- Connect to a router from another provider
Change these setting options on the Puck, in the settings:
Set Network standby mode to ON and Overnight power saving to OFF.
Turn wifi OFF under Network if the puck is connected via ethernet.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.

Re: Puck keeps disconnecting
I have the same issue daily. The puck in the front room always has issues. Even when I re-enter my WiFi password it won't connect. I have reset everything and pray. It's right next to the WiFi router too. Both picks in the bedrooms are faultless. It's very frustrating and when you seek help you get the same old garbage, "reset the puck, unplug and plug it in again". Reset your WiFi router etc etc. I've honestly trouble shot every possible combination. I'm reasonably tech savvy. Sky continuously reply with robot/A.I **bleep**
