Puck issues

I have 2 x pucks one upstairs one down. When I now turn TV on upstairs it is closing the downstars TV off ! Help. I can watch 2 x TVs at same time

 Could be some form of Bluetooth frequency clash. Try re-pairing each remote to its appropriate puck and see if that helps.
