Re: Puck freezing
We have seen this in the past.
A few pointers.
Normally a settings restart resolves any voice issues.
A settings restart does do a little more than a physical power socket restart, clearing up some of the local flash storage cache on the puck device. It's always worth doing a settings restart at least once a week, to keep on top of any cache kind of build up.
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.
Secondly, try changing the batteries in the Sky Puck remote.
Voice needs them to be at their best and we have found as the batteries are near draining or some lower end batteries types can cause issues around Voice actioning correctly.
Try using some of the 'power, plus or max ' type Alkaline battery ranges of the major battery brands, rather than the zinc types or 'simple' flagged ones.
