Puck delivered to empty house as advised previously 😩

On order I explained I wasn't moving into the property until 27th but yet it has been delivered to an empty house (left on doorstep) I'm away at a wedding until Saturday...  is it not possible that it may get stolen in between times ?

@ColinM2658 the Puck is delivered to the address you've registered with Sky.

Unfortunately not as most of friends and family are attending the same wedding 😩

I was referred by my son who is already a Sky user so we couldn't purchase at his address. The only way I could place the order was at the new address, but I dressed I was both away and not moving into until near the end of the month

Puck dispatch can't be delayed - they are always usually sent out as soon as an order is placed to the address given as the registered address. The Sky Stream service will automatically activate and billing will begin 2 weeks after delivery, regardless of whether you are using the puck or not, or indeed regardless of it being stolen from the doorstep. 

In my eperience t's always best to wait until after you've moved before sorting out a TV service.

The Sky logistics system is designed to despatch pucks 'next day' to the subscription address chosen by the customer: it sounds like this has worked as intended.

Unfortunately salespeople sometimes suggest they can over-ride automated processes when this isn't actually possible.
