Puck constantly rashes
My puck keeps crashing on sky programmes. Have being trying to watch one episode of CIA for nearly two hours. Puck has crashed at least half a dozen times. I've unplugged and re-started several times.

Re: Puck constantly rashes
Hi @Deb-s-12345
You will need to provide more information. Who is your ISP? What speed do you get? What speed is your puck getting (test in netflix > profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check). Is it a new install? Has it ever worked etc etc.
