Puck connecting to router

Have you tried rebooting your puck and your router?

Yes done both and still receiving the same message.
Tried to use sky robot useless as it didn't understand the problem, also tried the Q&As on sky app again useless as it didn't have a question for no WiFi connection.
It's been like it now for 3 days. We upgraded to the max hub and the signal is appalling, get less signal than on the old router.
Thanks for trying to help though.

Hi @CE12
Have you reset the network connection on your Puck in settings and joined the new WiFi network?
Sky's advice for No WiFi is here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-wifi-connection-os
If that doesn't work let us know and we can escalate your post to sky.
