Puck buffering
Puck is buffering to the point that you can't watch TV. I've tried everything and crucially swapped it for the other puck in the house which works faultlessly. How do I get another puck?

@Spireview1 When you swapped the affected puck does it do the same thing in the new location?
And can you confirm the puckl you swapped with works perfactly in the original location the affected puck is used in?

Yes the affected puck buffers in the new location.
The other puck doesn't buffer in either location
