Puck Delivery issue

I had Sky glass tv installed and wanted my second tv to continue with Sky box and spent over an hour with an agent from Sky trying to resolve both systems working. Failed and she offered a free puck to be sent. I have chased delivery of this 5 times only for lengthy calls and no resolution.  So I'm about to go public on social media to see if that helps get attention beyond the robots. Richard Hale
